Pepper Cress Potatoes

Ingredients (serves 2):

–          500g potato

–          1 to 2 handfuls of Micro Cress

Clean and cut the potatoes. Cook, steam or bake it. If baking, you can add a few sliced carrots to add some extra sweetness to this side-dish.

Before serving, sprinkle with Micro Cress. Very simple and very delicious.
